If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right in the first thirty (30) days.
What We Cover
We’ll refund or replace your order if:
- Your balm is damaged, opened, or defective when it arrives.
- The texture or quality isn’t right. You personally not liking the product is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
- You received the wrong product.
- Anything else genuinely went wrong with your order (within reason). As the customer, you are responsible for reviewing your cart in full before purchasing to ensure it’s accurate.
How It Works
- Send a request with a photo of the product, your order number, a description of the issue, and if you want a refund or replacement.
- We process your request, send the refund or replacement, and alert you that your request has been processed.
